Introducing the R.A.D® Running Exploration Dept.
Rally Against Destruction (R.A.D®) means a commitment to truly connecting with and supporting athletes and their communities, continually developing the best products to serve them and doing everything we can to reduce negative impact on the planet along the way.
The R.A.D® Running Exploration Department (R.A.D® REDS) is part of what makes these commitments possible. They are a small team of carefully selected humans that we hope to build the future with.
The Reds test the latest products to help steer the direction of R.A.D® performance footwear design. We all know running is more than running, it’s a lifestyle. Each Red was selected because of their unique perspective and experience of that lifestyle.
"We will run, we’ll hang and share, we’ll deliver feedback to our designers in Portland, we’ll go meet with the designers to discuss our experiences and we’ll meet in radical environments to test radical products to help push the evolution of R.A.D® performance products."

Cassidy Benadum
Cassidy is a “matter of fact” endurance beast. In her first 100 miler, she placed 4th with no competitive motivation whatsoever. She loves to run, long or short, slow or fast, she is there for it.
Cassidy is a force in leadership both professionally and socially. She founded girlab, a women’s empowerment through running group (about to run nearly 700 mile relay with 9 women) and is a professional race director (TSP, Malibu Half, etc).
Cass brings an incredible energy and depth of knowledge in the sport, together with an understanding of people to the team.
Allison Lynch
Competitive runner and self-described artist, storyteller and artist at heart, Allison has a background in brand storytelling around performance innovation and product development. Her competitive mindset and not shying away from challenging situations makes her brave and bold.
Allison brings product development experience and her deep passion for the sport to the team.
Andrew Talansky
Andrew is an American Triathlete and coach. He competed from 2011-2017 for the Garmin-Cervelo team on the UCI World Tour, cycling highest road racing category.
His curiosity for the discovery of new methods and techniques, as well as new adventures as an athlete (like running to the top of mountain peaks and bombing down), make him a source of valuable information and a lot of fun to be around. Andrew brings that tinkering mindset and high energy to the team.
