Returns & Exchanges

R.A.D® aims to ensure next-level customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for an exchange or refund.

  • Returns should be made within 14 days of order delivery, and the item must be in the original packaging with any additional items (e.g. extra laces)
  • The returned item(s) must be unworn and in new condition. If any worn products are returned, they will be refused a refund.
  • Returns will incur a returns fee of $15 - this will be automatically deducted from your refund.
  • Socks cannot be returned.
  • Allow up to 5 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed.

To start your return or exchange, email us at support@rad-global.com with your order number and the reason for return.

You will need to include the following information:

  • The order number attached to your email confirmation (including RAD.CA.)
  • The postal code that was used for your delivery address
