Changing an order

At this time, we cannot make changes to orders once placed.

Cancelling an order

If you change your mind after placing your order we may be able to stop it being shipped, but this isn’t guaranteed. Please contact us at support@rad-global.com and we will try to help. Please note, our support team is not available 24 hours a day.

If we cannot stop it being shipped you can return the item using the returns process outlined here.

Shipping

Orders typically leave the warehouse 1-2 business days after the order is placed and are delivered within 7-10 business after dispatch. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please get in touch with us at support@rad-global.com

There is a charge of $15 to ship any order.
